Hackley School Password Resetting (You don't know your old password)

Hackley now provides employees with the ability to reset their Hackley network password themselves. This is the password used to access services such as email, Google G Suite, HOL (Veracross), HOL Classroom (Schoology), printers and wireless. Follow the steps below to reset your password.

Resetting Your Password

Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ and from there you should be able to reset using your MFA.

Password Criteria:

Minimum 8 characters length
Not contain your account name or parts of your full name that exceed two consecutive characters
Utilizes three of the following character types:
1. uppercase letters
2. lowercase letters
3. numbers
4. special characters (i.e. @!$)
