Step-by-Step Adobe Creative Cloud Installation Guide

Sign in to creativecloud.adobe.com/apps with your Hackley email address. You will be redirected to a Microsoft sign-in page to enter your Hackley password. (Do not choose to continue with Google, Facebook or Apple)

When the installation is complete, the Creative Cloud desktop app should open automatically. If it does not, manually open the Creative Cloud app from the application folder on a Mac or your desktop on Windows PC.
On the Adobe ID Sign In window, click Sign In with your Hackley email address and password.
- (If you are already signed in to Creative Cloud on two other computers, you are prompted to sign out from any one of them.)
In the Adobe Creative Cloud App, choose which products you would like to install, and click on Install for each. If you choose more than one, the apps will install in the order that you selected them.
Once complete, each installed app will provide an Open button; click on the Open button to launch the apps from the Creative Cloud desktop app. Alternatively, installed apps can be opened from the applications folder on Mac or the Start menu on Windows PC.

Your individual Creative Cloud license lets you install apps on more than one computer and activate (sign in) on two. However, you can use your apps on only one computer at a time.
