Access/ID Cards
Your school ID is usually three items in one:
- The card itself is a programmed door access card for doors on campus that have card readers attached to them. If you need a replacement access card or updated access programming please log onto the tech ticket system, select Request a Service -> Security -> Door Access Card. Access to JCHW facilities requires confirmation from the Director of Exercise Science and Programs that you have received the corresponding safety training.
- By adding a label with your annual school photo and employee information to your door access card, it also serves as your school identification card. If you need a replacement ID label, please log onto the tech ticket system, select Request a Service -> Security -> Door Access Card and choose the appropriate check box.
- Your card may also have another label with your Quick Response Code for COVID saliva testing as well as for SchoolPass kiosk check-in. A recommended alternative to access your QR Code is to download the SchoolPass App on your mobile device, login with your Hackley School Google credentials, view your profile and click on the View Quickpin button to make your QR code appear. If you would like a replacement QR code label, please log onto the tech ticket system, select Request a Service -> Security -> Door Access Card and choose the appropriate check box.
This card is typically worn on a lanyard while on campus. If you need a replacement lanyard, please contact the Main Switchboard.
