Good morning, all
I hope you are doing well.
Recently, a new option was added to your email account that gives you the ability to report spam or phishing emails to Hackley’s IT department. Available in Outlook, you will now see a “Report Message” or “Report” option. If you receive any spam or phishing emails, please report the message to us with these options in Outlook. As mentioned in the past/below, you can still forward spam and phishing emails to spam@hackleyschool.org, but we ask that you now utilize that option for spam or phishing emails you want to bring to our immediate attention.
As always, let me know if you have any questions or want to discuss this further.
Best,
-Max

Subject: Spam and Phishing Emails
Good morning,
Moving forward, if you receive a phishing or spam email that you want to bring to the IT department’s attention please forward this email to spam@hackleyschool.org. We will monitor this mailbox and respond to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can submit a tech ticket to our new Tech Ticketing System.
If you would like to improve your ability to identify phishing/scam emails, please check out Jed’s article on identifying phishing emails.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank You,
-Max
